Bryan Woods

Hey there tutoree (or tutoree’s parent),  my name is Bryan Woods and I am so excited to be your tutor!

I have been tutoring and teaching since I was in High School. I grew up in Bradenton FL and graduated from Manatee High School. During High School, I tutored Middle School students in math.

After graduating I started studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of South Florida. During my college years, I started tutoring other college students in math and science in the on-campus tutoring center. As a senior, I got the opportunity to assist in teaching multiple Calculus I classes. In the Fall of 2014, I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

I started working as an Automation Engineer at a factory in Sarasota FL shortly after graduation. During this, I was also pursuing my Master’s Degree in Engineering Management. I received my Master’s Degree in the Fall of 2019 with a GPA of 3.9.

In the summer of 2017, I moved to Chattanooga. The reason I picked Chattanooga is my love for the outdoors. I particularly love Rock Climbing and this is an absolute mecca!
